An absolutely
gorgeous wind chime. Very subtle pastel blue
glass with five true (not painted) verdigris
copper chimes. A beach stone clapper produces
sweet sound. All glass and copper construction—
nothing to wear out. This chime will look better
and better as the years pass.
This wind chime measures 47 inches long from the
top of the copper hook to the bottom of the
pastel glass windsail. It is very well suited to
year round outdoor use, or may be enjoyed in your

This is the style of wind chime that I made for
my own yard. For the past ten years, I have
enjoyed several sets out on my deck, and can
attest to the durability of this wind
chime.

Amber
Beach Glass Inspired Wind
Chime
$177.50
A particularly
attractive wind chime, featuring three nice amber
/ chocolate colored glass pieces. When the sun is
shining through, the glass jumps alive and the
copper wire produces an intriguing complexity.
Under other lighting condition, the glass shows
chocolate colored and the copper settles down to
a gentle compliment to the curved glass. The
glass is smooth with a mat finish, with holes
neatly cut with a diamond bit.
Five handcrafted copper chimes produce harmonious
sounds thanks to the Pacific beach stone clapper.
This wind chime measures 47 inches long from the
top of the copper hook to the bottom of the tung
nut oiled cedar windsail. It is perfectly happy
outdoors year round, or may be enjoyed in your
home or office as kinetic art.

Amber,

Beach Glass Inspired Wind Chime

Natural colors,
natural beauty.
It always intrigues me how light effects my
glass. For example, that amber piece of glass is
amber when the sun is out shining through it, but
at other times it will appear rich chocolate in
color. That's one of the things about my glass
that I appreciate more and more over time: how
different it looks depending on the weather, the
time of day, the light. I personally most often
love the look of early morning and late
afternoon, with the sun low in the sky shining
directly through the glass from behind.
This wind chime is 51 inches long from the top of
the handcrafted copper hook to the bottom of the
tung nut oiled cedar. Three particularly
attractive large pieces of glass, skillfully
wrapped with pure copper which is double soldered
in the back. Five copper chimes with a beach
stone clapper.
