All orders to the USA and Canada ship via Expedited mail. All orders ship fully insured against loss or breakage. For shipping rates, please visit the Shipping and Postage page.

Payment
All prices are in US dollars. If you are in Canada, you may wish to email for an invoice in Canadian dollars. This can save a credit card surcharge.
