Coast Chimes is proud of maintaining fast, expert and (USA and Canada) free shipping. Smaller items, under 1 kilogram, ship tracked airmail. Large items, over 1 kilogram, ship Expedited (fast airmail with tracking). Most items ordered in the morning ship same day, and otherwise next day, if at all possible. There is no import duty to the USA. Tracking information is always sent to the buyer.

Non-USA / Canada orders ship airmail for reasonable postage if under 1 kilogram. Large items must ship surface mail, which for countries like Australia or the EU can take 8-10 weeks to arrive. Airmail is possible to arrange for large items, but the postage is very expensive. The EU and some other areas may have VAT or other taxes applied by local regulations, and the buyer is responsible for any such fees.

Items may be returned for full refund, minus shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Should there be any defect, Coast Chimes will replace or pay for return shipping.
